How Forty8ight Memory handles your personal information on this website, in plain language and in line with South Africa’s POPIA.

This website is run by Forty8ight Memory (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2018/270117/07) and based in Johannesburg. We build digital systems and our own products, including 48Fleet and 48Facto, and we build websites, mobile apps and platforms for clients across Africa.

Form entries are stored on our website server. Some of the services above (such as email delivery and Google Fonts) may process information outside South Africa. Where that happens we choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example to keep forms secure and to remember that you closed a pop-up. We do not run advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), form entries are only accessible to our team, and we keep the software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, please write to us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change matters to you, such as a new use of your information, we will tell you before it takes effect.
